1. What is the internet?
The internet is a network where people can interact from anywhere around the world. This makes it easy to connect with relatives and friends who live far away, you can even research using websites to help you write essays. The internet connects millions of smaller networks together to process information.
2. What is a protocol?
They enable connection communication and data between two computing endpoints. Its a way to be able to connect two computer, they have to have the same protocol set up to send information to each other. they are rules that control and enable the connection of data to be transferred.
3. What is DNS?
DNS basically enables internet connection, its known as a Domain Name Service. It translates and resolves addresses, without it we wouldn't have internet. The DNS server resolves the name for the IP address and finds the right computer. All the DNS servers are hooked up together and it has to decide which ones to use and go through.
